Thank you for shopping with Mom Made NV. Every order is packed with care from our Nevada studio. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

  • Custom items: May require additional processing time
  • Digital items: Delivered instantly via email and do not ship
  • Weekends & holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day

If we experience a high order volume, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight
  • Package size
  • Destination

We may offer flat‑rate or free‑shipping promotions from time to time.


Shipping Methods

We ship using:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority Mail)
  • UPS (Ground, 2‑Day, etc.)

The carrier and speed available to you will appear at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

Mom Made NV is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the item
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos

We will assist you in resolving the issue.


International Shipping

At this time, Mom Made NV does not ship internationally.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently offered unless stated otherwise.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
